Return Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Because our products are food-grade products, we cannot accept physical returns. However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.

If there is a defect with the product you received, or if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will first provide a replacement immediately at no additional cost. If you are still not satisfied after the replacement, we will issue a refund.

Please note that returned products sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our food-grade products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. We also do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products

Refunds

Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
